Processing Time All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages Crochet & Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at [your email] and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right.
