Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Each snow globe tumbler and crochet plushie is made to order with care and cannot be restocked or resold.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout
• Items that have been used or washed

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued, we cover the shipping on the new item.
